As we approach the end of another year, I find myself thinking about the importance of taking a moment to pause, breathe, and reflect. This past year may have brought its share of challenges and bumps in the road, but it’s also been full of growth, learning, and moments worth celebrating. Now is the perfect time to tie up any loose ends and consider what you need as we step into 2026.

The Power of Five Minutes

I’m a firm believer in the power of intentional reflection, and it doesn’t have to take hours. Just five minutes can make a real difference. I encourage you to set aside a quiet moment and ask yourself these questions:

• What did I learn this year?

• What worked well, and what didn’t?

• Do I need to make any changes?

• What are some realistic goals for the

coming year.

This kind of mental clarity, a gentle clearing out of the old to make space for the new, can help you move forward with focus and intention. It’s about being honest with yourself, acknowledging what you’ve accomplished, and recognising where you might want to shift direction.

Support Beyond the Crisis

One thing I always want to remind people is that support doesn’t only come into play during a crisis. Yes, I’m here when things feel overwhelming or out of control, but I’m also here to help you prevent those moments from happening in the first place.

Whether you’re setting goals and need someone to hold you accountable, working through issues that are keeping you feeling stuck, learning coping strategies to manage stress before it takes control, or maybe you just need someone to chat to, a friendly ear to hear what’s going on for you right now, that space is available to you.

Sometimes we don’t realise how much we’re carrying until we have the opportunity to talk it through with someone who’s genuinely listening. And sometimes, recognising stress before it takes control of you is the most powerful tool you can have.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we close out this year and welcome the next, I encourage you to approach it with kindness toward yourself. Set goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. Make changes that align with who you want to become. And remember that you don’t have to do it alone.

A Note About Availability

I’ll be available until 24th December, and then I’ll be away returning on 13th January 2026. If you’d like to schedule a session or simply have a chat before the holiday break, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2026!
